Governing Law

Limitation on Offers to Contract
Services listed on this website do not constitute an offer to contract for such services; Timechain Solutions (Timechain) may extend an offer to contract after the initial consultation. Timechain does not enter into verbal contracts for services, all terms must be in writing in order to be binding on Timechain.
Limitations on Initial Consultation
Consultation fee shall entitle user to a single consultation call not to exceed 1 hour in length. Initial consultation will take place over Signal unless otherwise established prior to meeting time. Services do not constitute legal, financial, or other professionally licensed and regulated forms of advice. Time limit for initial consultation may be extended at the election of Timechain. Calls may need to be rescheduled depending on the subject matter of consultation and availability of Consultants. Initial consultation is not an opportunity to solicit for venture capital or other investment. Initial consultation is not to be used to solicit funding or endorsement for cryptocurrency or other blockchain-related projects. Initial consultation shall not be used to solicit direct contact with Elon Musk.
Terms of Subscription Services
All subscriptions for hosting, maintenance, and other ongoing services shall be billed at the total rate for 12 months of service; the amount paid will be billed against monthly until the total is depleted, at which point (the beginning of the final month of service) customer shall be charged for another 12 months or may elect to discontinue ongoing services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Timechain disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Timechain may provide for express warranties in its services contracts after the initial consultation.
Hold Harmless
User will not hold Timechain liable for the consequences of their own actions in implementing the advice of Consultants. User understands that Consultants are independently contracted specialists with no direct employment relationship to Timechain.
Independent Contractors Notice
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Consultants have no authority to speak on behalf of, nor do they have the authority to make substantive agreements on behalf of Timechain. All offers to contract for services will be sent by an actual representative of Timechain.
Limitation on Liability
User agrees that any liability shall be limited to the amount paid for consultation services.
